In June of 2008, the dispute resolution division of Nielsen-Wurster was acquired by Marsh. Now part of Marsh Risk Consulting’s (MRC) Construction Consulting Practice, we continue to provide the same expertise clients have come to expect from Nielsen-Wurster bringing to bear our engagement experience on over 1,200 disputes arising from management’s decisions and performance, financial performance, delays to program schedules, design, and workmanship issues.
